Cambridge, MA November 8, 2005SquashPower, LLC, an integrated squash marketing and development company dedicated to empowering squash players around the world, today announced that squash competitor John White has selected the newly established firm to represent him.

A pro since 1991, John White is currently the #9 ranked player in the world.  In 2004, he reached the goal of becoming #1 after making the Tournament of Champions final. In January, 2005, he won the Windy City Open in Chicago and made the semifinals of the Bermuda Open in August.  Last month, he made the quarter finals of this year’s British Open.

“John’s enthusiasm, energy and dedication have helped him secure his position in the top echelon of squash professionals,” said Rick Keating, CMO, SquashPower.  “We are honored to have John on the team and we look forward to helping him succeed in the future.”

“The decision to go with SquashPower was easy and natural.  They understand the market and the needs of the athlete,” said White.  “Most important to me personally is their forward thinking and their commitment to involving the professional athlete in the grassroots growth of the sport. It’s not just about today, it’s about tomorrow, too.”
