Typical Day
9:00am- 12:00pm- 1st Squash Session
12:00-2:00- Lunch and downtime
2:00-5:00- 2nd Squash Session
5:00-6:00- Dinner
6:00-9:00- Evening Activities

Each session starts and finishes with stretching. Each session will focus on a new theme or skill.  Drills, game play, and instruction compliment each theme.  Fitness, yoga, and mental toughness training are a large part of our camp. Video analysis for each student will be done multiple times over the camp and they will receive a copy of their video. While the morning session is heavy on drilling, the afternoon session is heavy on playing conditioned games, matches, and games involving the day’s themes.

Team Approach:
We believe that in order to be successful in squash, the individual athlete must understand the team concept.  To help us deliver this message, the camp will be divided up into equal ability teams and will compete for points in our daily matches, and fitness tests over the duration of the camp. Throughout the camp, coaches will focus on team dynamics, leadership, and learning how to bring the best out of the individual with the help of the full team.

The final day of the camp is one big team head to head match similar to a Collegiate match.

-going to the beach
-swimming at the St. Georges’ Pool

Planned Evening Activities to include:
-movie theatre
-sunset sailing cruise
