"Come learn how the modern game is played from top players and coaches. This is the camp to do if you're serious about improving." -- Graham Ryding
World Class Squash Camp is a fully staffed boarding camp for junior squash players interested in making significant improvements to their game. The size of the group will be limited to 16 players, and the camp will focus in increasing the technical and tactical understanding of players of all levels. Understanding what is happening on the court, something often overlooked, will lay the foundation for dramatic improvement in the players who attend this camp. In addition, Bob Bowers, the Physical Trainer for Canada’s National Training Center will be working with small groups of players throughout the week to develop an individual training plan for each player. They will be tested for speed, flexibility, fitness, etc. The focus will not be on training during the week, rather on developing the skills and understanding to train effectively during the season With the small size of the camp will come increased individual attention from top-level coaches.
New this year, World Class Squash is offering a squash trip to Italy from June 14-28. This trip provides a fantastic opportunity for players of all skill levels to train with coaches David Palmer and Shuan Moxham in one of the most beautiful and historic European countries. An uncommon destination for squash camps, this Italy trip may provide a fun new standard for US squash camps visiting abroad.
The sessions take play at the new, state of the art and centrally located Wesleyan Squash Center.
