the central attraction of the Talbott Squash Academy is Mark Talbott,
the most famous American squash player of the last few decades, famous
for his good-sportsmanship and winning tradition, and now coach of the
National Championship Yale women's team. Talbott, with his distinctive
style, has assembled a well meshed staff of squash and fitness experts
and offers a low-key approach to excellence. Talbott has assembled an
impressive team including Mike Riley, Brian O'Hora, Paul Ansdell, Julian
Welling and others.

Jonathon Power
takes over operation of the training center part of this camp at Dartmouth
College from his father John Power. This camp has been built on a different
tradition - focusing on a more serious approach to squash, and catering
to the committed player who wants to devote his/her summer to improving
his/her game. Jonathon Power is the most creative and successful player
from North American in the softball era, and is at a point in his career
where he is anxious to help develop a new generation of North American
squash contenders.

Tomas Fortson
brings to this program experience as an indepent school coach (Groton
School), college coach (currently head coach at Bowdoin) and teaching
pro. Tomas was an elite level player and at the same time provide a unique
balance of seriousness and fun, so that the participant hopefully comes
away with both improved squash but also an improved and permanent love
of the game.

Westchester squash is a great program for juniors who
are determined and committed to improving their squash. For players coming
from out of town, the program provides accomodation at coaches homes and
local student's homes. The instruction is truly individualized and has
a great record of success in maximizing the potential of individual students.
The camp recommends attending at least two sessions to maximize the benefits
of the program.
