AMHERST MEN'S SQUASH FALLS AT SECOND-RANKED HARVARD, 8-1 BOSTON, MA - Despite a 3-0 shutout win by David Bauer (Darien, CT) at the No. 5 position, the 13th-ranked Amherst College men's squash team fell at second-ranked Harvard University, 8-1, on Wednesday. The loss snapped a two-match winning streak for Amherst (6-6), while Harvard improved to 5-1, rebounding from an 8-1 loss at top-ranked Trinity College on Saturday. Aside from Bauer's decisive victory, Harvard swept every other match, 3-0, en route to the lopsided victory. Amherst returns to action on Saturday, hosing the Little Three Tournament against Wesleyan University and Williams College, starting at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 6, 2002 @ Harvard University (Boston, MA) Harvard University 8 - Amherst College
