Vassar College Women

The Vassar team graduated two players from the top nine line-up in May 2002.
They now have 16 enthusiastic and fast improving players in the squad with [name removed at request of individual mentioned] coming in at the number 2 position. Sara Wood (05) heads the team as number one player and Alex Ho (04) maintains the number 6 place and shares the team captaincy with Zane Bundy (03). The team hopes to advance further up the rankings this season and aims to get into division B at the Howe Cup.

Men
The Vassar team graduated five men from the top nine line-up in May 2002.
Although they now have 21 enthusiastic players in the squad, they have very little match experience. The much improved, Tim Shea heads the team both as number one player Co-captain, his counterpart, Matt Huntington moving up to number 3. Two freshmen to look out for over the next four years are Ryder Pearce, who has already established himself on the men’s soccer team and Jesse Jacobs. Whilst this is very much a re-building period for the men’s team they are already seeing the benefits of early morning practices! Additionally they are enjoying the expertise of yoga, pilates, agility, quickness and mental skills instructors.
