Haverford College mens squash enjoyed its best season ever last year with a 13-5 record, capturing the Conroy Division title at NISRA team championships with 5-4 comeback wins over Hamilton & Fordham in the semis and finals. Captain Tim Saint was named winner of the Skillman Award as the outstanding player/sportsman in intercollegiate sqauash!

With #s 1,3,4,&6 graduating from that team and no incoming freshmen with experience, Haverford looks to rebuild on the nucleus of Co-Captains David Chow and Andrew Poolman, assisted by returning veterans Nick Saint, Sang Park, & Vasken Hauri. Juniors Arie Beitman and Bryan Ward are studying abroad, learning the permutations of the international game in Russia and England, while Adam Foye grapples with multiple science courses. Beitman & Foye should return for second semester.

To be successful this year, Coach Sean Sloane must find and develop competitive players from a group of inexperienced sophomores and freshmen (Carl Lederman, Sam Morgan, Justin Slawson, David Poolman, Ben Greenfield, Lee Herron, Scott Gordon, Leighton Rice, Crispin Vary) plus seniors Shehzaad Zaman & Will Goodson - their motivation and development will tell the story for Haverford men's squash this year!
