Men's 05-06 Season Outlook:
The Virginia Men's Squash team is excited for another season of competitive squash as a CSA member team. While still a club team, the program has developed in the past couple seasons and looks to reenter the Conroy division this season after falling a few spots in the rankings last year.

The top 6 positions remain largely intact this season losing only the number
2 players to graduation. Leading the team this year are captains Mary Whelan 07' and Christopher Kofoed 07'. Also returning from last season are
#1 player Dan Bracey 06', Jeremy Pollock 07', and Henry Rowland 08'.

Having lost three four players to graduation last year, including Santiago Falconi, Ben Warfield, John Swain, and Brendon Gibbons, the team will look to some newcomers to contribute to the team's success. Freshman Patrick Whelan looks to play in the top five while Justin Debettencourt 07', Nick Flanagan 09', Ali Qasluria 06', and Hunter Deeley 08' will vie for the 7-10 positions.

Virginia should have some close matches in Philadelphia against Haverford, Vassar, and Penn State and looks to once again travel to Navy in February before making the trip up to Nationals at Princeton. Virginia also hopes to host its first men's home match ever against Colgate at some point throughout the season!
