On the weekend of (April 23 - 25) 1999, the Prague Squash Open and 1st Master's of Czech republic squash championship here was hosted at the squash centre Sportcentrum Nove Butovice in Prague.

Also, a highlight of the weekend was an exhibition between Joe Kneipp and Lucas Buit, who came over from the Netherlands.

Men's Open Championship:

Women Open Championship:
1. Jana Smeralova

3. Darina Zadrapova
4. Andrea Korandova
