Laura Jane Lengthorne - a bright spot for England in Scottish Jrs.

Pakistan (3), England, Malaysia, India, Hong Kong, Australia Claim Titles
"Team Pakistan" marched through the Scottish Junior Open this weekend in Edinburgh Scotland. Even with the absense of strong junior squads from Egypt and England in the boys side of the draw, the Pakistani achievement is worth strong notice, especially made emphatic by their absence from the winner's podium for the past several years.

In addition to Pakistan's impressive results, Malaysia may be looking at a new women's junior star in the name of Wee Wern Low who grabbed the girls U13 title, while Hong Kong's Holing Chan surprisingly took the girls U15.

Jennifer Blumberg, the Canadian star, was denied by Australia's Kasey Brown in the girl's U17.

As expected, Laura Jane Lengthorne tooked the marquee Girls U19 crown.

The players now proceed to the British Junior Open, where a larger field including top Egyptian and English players will swell the ranks.
