Laura Gemmell (Girls U17) and Andrew Schnell (Boys U17) are Canadian Victors.

Arturo Salazar, the first seed in the U19 flight in the Canadian Junior Open in Vancouver, held Dec 8-10, held off his brother Cesar in an all-Mexican final. On the women's side, it was Deon Saffery from Englad who held off three Canadian semi-finalist to collect the Girls' Under 19 title.

The medals were distributed interationally with Mexico, Canada and the USA each winning two titles and Columbia and the UK winning the other two.
