Koukal, Durbach Score Upsets

Jan Koukal scored another impressive upset, beating former top five player Paul Price from Australia. Koukal's win averted another battle between frequent protagonists Price and Rodney Durbach.

Rodney Durbach used his experience and steady play to outlast mercurial Canadian Shahir Razik.

It will now be Durbach’s experience and court presence against the youth, speed and fitness of the young Czech, Koukal.

However, Koukal has proven to be quite a handful in Richmond so far.
