In a second day of predicted results, all higher seeded players advanced in Chicago to the quarterfinal round, where some fascinating matchups loom.

James willstrop was pushed to five games in the longest match of the night at 71 minutes.

Thierry Lincou and John White were the only other advancers who were pushed further than three games.
