Azlan Iskandar wins in an Hour and a Half

Malaysian second seed, Mohammed Azlan Iskandar earned his first PSA title of the year when he defeated Cameron Pilley, an uexpected finalist, of Australia 15-11, 13-15, 15-6, 12-15, 15-5 in the final of the Trukai PNG men's squash international in Papua New Guinea yesterday. It was the first PSA event ever held in Papua New Guinea, and very successful.

Azlan took 91 minutes to claim his third career win since turning professional in 2000.

The previous victories for Azlan, who is now ranked 28th in the world, was in the Kuala Lumpur Open in February and in the Betteridge Trophy in November last year.
