Defeats Crombie in Four
Julian Illingworth, completed a dominating run against a crowded draw at the US Men's Selection event this weekend in Washington DC. It was Illingworth's first appearance against the elite USA field since the S L Green US Nationals at Yale in March. Illingworth's win clearly positions him as the USA's #1 male player.
Illingworth completed his run with a four game win over Jamie Crombie. Chris Gordon finished third with a win over Richard Chin in the third place match.
