The Qualifying draw took place today in Boston at the downtown University Club. With 32 qualifying draw positions available, 27 players registered at the draw site, leaving five players with byes in the first qualifying rounds.

The first three matches get underway at Noon at the financial district's Boston Racquet Club, with three more following that at the Unversity Club, beginning at 4PM and five more at Havard Murr Center, beginning at 5:30 PM.

There are a few intriguing first round matchups, including Trinity Freshman Basit Ashfaq against Trinity alumnus Preston Quick and Harvard #1 Sid Suchde against former Trinity #1 Bernardo Samper.
