Jackman Back In Monte Carlo For Hat-Trick

England's world No2 Cassie Jackman, who failed in her bid to win the Weymuller title for the fifth time, returns to Monaco, the scene of her triumphs there in 1999 and 2001 in a bid to win her third title in the Women's Monte Carlo Squash Classic.

In her last event before competing in the Harris British Open in Nottingham later in the month, the top seed from Norfolk takes on compatriot Rebecca Botwright in the Monte Carlo first round. The former world champion is expected to meet England team-mate Fiona Geaves, the No. 2 seed, in the final on Saturday.

Geaves, the world No. 7 from Gloucester, takes on Spanish qualifier, and former US CSA college star Olga Puigdemont Sola in the first round. Sola defeated England's Jenna Gates 9-4 9-7 9-2 in the qualifying finals.
