Jackman, the 26-year-old Yorkshire-based world No. 3 from Norfolk, came through the event without conceding a single game - winning her first title in Central America after eight successive WISPA World Tour successes in the USA. Charman, 27, the world No. 9 from Hailsham in Sussex, reached the final after a mild upset over Germany's second seed Sabine Schoene - ranked one place above in the world - 9/3 9/6 9/2 in the semi-finals.
