Williams sophomore and All-American, Toby Eyre delighted hometown fas by defeating her Canadian opponent, Samantha Cornett, in straight game to advance to the qualifying finals, tomorrow at 6:45.

Eyre was accompanied by Yale grad and college standout Catherine McLeod and Princeton grad Genvieve Lessard, in advancing to the qualifying finals, while Wesleyan coach Shona Kerr went down to Mexico's Nayelly Hernandez.

Williams Sophomore, Jenifer Coxe, was points away from beating her opponent losing in a close 5 game match. Senior, Ashley Eyre lost in a close 4 game encounter while Senior Kate Warner has lost in straight games to an opponent from Ecuador.
 
Wednesday’s matches will start at 6pm (2 matches) and continue at 6:45 (2 matches)
