Head Men's & Women's Squash Coach
IMMEDIATE
SUPERVISOR: Director of Athletics
SUMMARY
AND SCOPE OF POSITION
Full-time 12 month interim position directing all aspects of the Men's
and Women's Squash program inclusive of pre-season meetings, in-season
college vacation periods, all practices, competitions, meetings and post-season
responsibilities. The head coach is fully responsible for the ongoing
operation and development of the Men's and Women's Squash program including
but not limited to, teaching and coaching, training and conditioning,
administrative duties, recruiting talented and academically qualified
student-athletes, supervising the assistant coaches, supporting the academic
success of the student-athletes, and complying with all college, NESCAC
and NCAA policies. Additionally, this position is responsible for oversight
of the Squash Building facility and its daily operations.

ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Planning, execution and oversight of annual trip. Possible teaching of
activity course within the Physical Education Department. Possible assistance
with game management operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree required; Master's degree preferred
3- 5 years college squash coaching experience Facility management experience
