Rachael Grinham Stays at #1 For One Year In another inactive month for the top PSA players, Australia's Rachael Grinham celebrates her 12th consecutive month as world number one in the new July Women's World Squash Rankings, published today (30 June) by the Women's International Squash Players' Association (WISPA). Grinham, 28, from Toowoomba in Queensland, took over the top spot in August last year after winning the Hurghada International in Egypt. The Cairo-based Australian went on to capture her second British Open title in a row in November - and this year, after securing the Qatar Airways Challenge trophy in April, successfully defended her Hurghada International crown to claim her 19th career WISPA World Tour title. Grinham maintains her slender lead over second-placed Vanessa Atkinson, the world champion from the Netherlands, and Malaysia's No3 Nicol David. Younger sister Natalie Grinham holds onto fourth place, with USA's Natalie Grainger at five and England's Linda Elriani at six. 1
