SquashTalk E-Store Return Policy

• Returns are generally honored within 3 weeks of purchase for merchandise in an unused condition in original packaging.
• If original packaging is damaged or missing, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged.
• Prior to sending back the merchandise, you MUST contact us at 1-877-4SQUASH to arrange the return or exchange;
• We will provide you a verbal return authorization number.
• Our return address for all returns is 6 Franklin Place, Acton, MA 01720 USA, if using UPS or PO Box 2918, Acton MA 01720 if using US Postal service.
• Unless otherwise instructed, please ship all returns via UPS ground or by international air letter post. You should retain tracking numbers for your protection. We cannot be responsible for returned merchandise that does not reach us.
• For all reasons other than manufacturers defect, shipping damage and our error you will be subject to return shipping charges equal to our published outbound shipping charges;
• All returns must be properly boxed. ALL SHOES MUST BE IN ORIGINAL BOXES. We recommend that you save your original shipping container for a period of time. Items damaged from use or items missing parts may be charged a restocking fee at the discretion of Squashtalk LLC;
• All returns must be properly packed. We cannot offer full refund on packages shipped where original box is damaged due to lack of packing materials.
• Exchanges may be processed in two ways at your discretion. You may return the item first and when it is received and inspected we will ship your replacement item. If you prefer to receive the replacement merchandise before returning the original item you may pay for the replacement merchandise and then be credited when the returned item is received and inspected;
• You can expect your refund within 14 business days of our receiving your return. Credits will only be issued to the credit card account used for the original payment. Sorry, no exceptions.
