USA-based Customers (or APO):

US PRIORITY
In most cases please select US Priority mail as your shipping option. This will get any package to you in 2-3 days. We are located in the northeastern USA, so any customer in the Boston-New York-Washington area will get their package within 1-2 days with this selection.

EXPRESS MAIL
If you really need the package fast, then select EXPRESS MAIL. Please be aware that unless you place the order by about 2:30 PM Eastern Time, we CANNOT GUARANTEE that we will ship it the same day. Please call us at 1-(877)477-8274 (US ONLY) or (978) 266-1300, (or 978-771-5888 if no answer) to verify when we can ship if you have any questions

UPS
We offer UPS ground, three-day, two-day and next day delivery. We cannot guarantee that these are always shipped the same day the order is made. If you really need next day delivery, please select USPS Express May or FedEx overnight.

FEDEX
Fedex ground is always shipped the FOLLOWING DAY, so please add one day to the quoted delivery time for Fedex ground.

INTERNATIONAL "DIFFICULT DELIVERY" COUNTRIES: We strongly recommend USPS Global Express for the following countries: South Africa, all other sub-Saharan African countries, Brazil, other central and South American countries, Italy, Pakistan, East Europe, India. We CANNOT assume responsible for lost packages for shipments by non-express methods to the countries listed above.

International (non-USA) Customers:

RACQUETS: We cannot ship raquets by "global priority" - they exceed the size limits. The choices for shipping racquets internationally are airmail (4-7 days normally) or global express (2-3 days normally). Surface mail is possible, but delivery times may be very long.

DVDs and CDs: If you are purchasing ONE CD or DVD you may select "Global Priority Mail Flat Rate-Small" . For TWO CDs or DVDs (or one video) you may select "Global Priority Mail Flat Rate-Large". For MORE THAN TWO you may select "Global Priority variable rate". Global priority is usually the best option. There is usually no need to select global express mail, unless you are in a very big hurry.

Shoes, videos, etc:
GLOBAL PRIORITY - is usually the best option. It is only slightly slower than Global Express. EXCEPT FOR THE COUNTRIES LISTED IN BLUE ABOVE.

GLOBAL EXPRESS - only chose this if you are in a big hurry.
